Country/blues/Americana artist Amy Allen is preparing for a host of summer and fall appearances.
* Amy will join award-winning PR professional Chuck Whiting in Nashville on July 26 for the “Reaching Your Dream” artist workshop and artist sharing. The activities are designed to help artists believe in themselves, get better organized, and promote on a professional level. The workshop will feature Q&A spotlight sessions with some of Music City’s top professionals. More details coming soon!
* A special “Tunesmithing” for the Americana Music Festival” on Sept. 16 will spotlight Amy, along with professional acts Chris Beall, Mary Beth Cross, Suzahn Fiering, and Brian Ashley Jones.
* Amy will hit the road again on Sept. 19 for a performance at the Acoustic Coffeehouse in Johnson City, Tenn.
* She will join Chuck Whiting, Joyce Rouse (Earth Mama), and Bonnie Cranmer on various weekends in September and October for “Reaching Your Dream” arts weekends. Dates will be announced soon for Independence/Galax, Va.; Roanoke, Va.; and other areas along the Blue Ridge.
* Amy will take the stage for a big concert in El Dorado, Ark., on Sept. 26 to help raise funds for the Global Village Educational Foundation. Because of this, she had to postpone her performance at the Songwriters Showcase in Fredericksburg, Va., till April 24, 2015.
