"I'm
really looking forward to performing in Arkansas and Virginia this fall,"
said Allen, whose "Someday Is Today" album has generated two hit
singles on terrestrial and Internet radio. "Next year looks to be
exciting, too, with a return to Kenya for the Global Village Foundation."
Allen's
"Josie Rae" single reached number 15 on Roots Music Report's Top 50
Pop Country Song Chart (just below Luke Bryan, Big & Rich, and The Band
Perry) and number 23 on RMR's Top 50 Country Chart. The song continues to air
on radio stations around the world, including Belgium, Germany and the
Netherlands.
"Josie
Rae", a mid-tempo country/pop song about motherhood, is being promoted to

CD. The album reached number 38 on RMR's Top 50 Country Album Chart and number
2 on the RMR Arkansas Album Chart. The first single, "Someday Is
Today", hit the Top 15 on the STS Main Country Chart.
